We build so your data can tell you the truth.

A boutique software & integration practice for organisations whose data has outgrown dashboards. We build purpose-built capabilities: internal tools, automation, and operational governance, engineered around the question, not the stack.

a few things we keep seeing

Chances are, one of thesesounds familiar.

No crystal ball. Just patterns we keep seeing across operations teams, often enough to recognise the next conversation before it arrives.

01

the data you care about is already in the building. it’s just not speaking to itself yet.

02

your data isn’t answering the question you thought you needed answered.

03

an AI pilot quietly needs governance it didn’t plan for.

04

no shared services, no common data model, so no savings, no scale.

point of view

Ask the question.
Design with intent.
Find the answer.
(build the thing. only if it has to exist.)

what we do

Solutions that drivebusiness outcomes.

We don’t sell anything but solutions to business and operational problems. We sit inside your operations, find where the answers actually live, and build the thing that answers them. You keep the code. You keep the team relationship. You don’t keep us forever. That’s the point.

01

Data-driven products

Boutique solutions built around the question. Internal tools, operator consoles, decision surfaces. One question, one system, zero dashboards-for-their-own-sake.

02

AI governance & risk

Model registries, drift monitors, evaluation loops, audit trails. The plumbing that lets a board sign off on a model, and the evidence it ran as signed-off.

RegistriesDrift · EvalsAudit trails
03

Automation & agents

Bounded, observable, reversible. Workflows and agents that do the work nobody should be doing by hand, with receipts a human can read.

04

Operational governance

Policy-as-code, control surfaces, board-legible posture across business units. The missing middle between GRC and reality.

05

Data insights

Turning the data you already have into the answer you actually need. Small, boutique analyses that end with a decision, not a deck.

how an engagement runs

A fixed-scope sprint.Not an open tab.

Engagements run six to sixteen weeks, end-to-end. Founders on the tools from week one. You keep the code, the docs, the team relationship. We don’t live in your stack forever.

01
Week 1–2 · Discovery

Find where the answer already lives.

We sit inside operations, read the data, and write down the question in plain English. You get a one-pager: the question, the smallest thing that would answer it, and what we’re not building.

02
Week 3–12 · Build

Ship the thing, not a roadmap.

Weekly demos, fortnightly drops to the people who’ll actually use it. No JIRA tour. No internal-comms theatre. Just the build, in the open, in your repo.

03
Week 13–16 · Hand-over

Walk away cleanly.

Code, runbooks, decisions journal, and a thirty-day support tail. The team you handed it to should be able to extend it. If they can’t, we didn’t finish.

Engagement shape · fixed scope, fixed price Typical length · 6–16 weeks You keep · the code · the IP · the team no retainers, no lock-in.

Projects underway.Wrapping in 2026.

H1 2026 engagements are live. Write-ups, metrics, and redacted screenshots land here the week they hand over. Two to watch:

H1 · 2026Enterprise● In build · wraps June

An AI compliance & risk console that reads like a newspaper.

Replacing a wall of legacy dashboards with one narrative interface. Analysts will open it once a morning and know what changed overnight, and why.

An AI policy agent that can’t hallucinate.

Grounded in your facts, and only your facts. Human-in-the-loop where it matters, autonomous where it shouldn’t be. Resolves user & agent issues the right way, the first time, with receipts a reviewer can read.

We pick partners the way we pick tools. Only when they make the answer better.

the people who’ll answer the email

Founders. On the tools, not in the slide deck.

There are no juniors on your project. The founders run the engagements, write the first commit, and are still there at the hand-over.
